8:30 AM Packets available for pickup, begin accepting day-of-event registrations and relay entries
9:00 AM Warmup begins
9:30 AM Day-of-event registration and relay entries CLOSED
9:40 AM Timers meeting
9:50 AM Event conduct meeting (all participants)
10:00 AM First event begins
noon-ish Final event finishes

Food and family activities will be available throughout the morning and into the early afternoon.
